Електронната Идентификация В Европейския Съюз И България – Текущо Състояние, Технологични Особености И Възможности За Развитие

Abstract

Електронната идентификация е способ за удостоверяване на самоличността на лицата, използващи електронни услуги. Ето защо, успешното прилагане на електронното управление е немислимо без използването на единен метод за доказване идентичността на участниците в него. Целта на настоящата статия е да изясни същността на електронната идентификация и да очертае приложението ѝ в Европейския съюз и България. В тази връзка са решени следните задачи: дефинирана е същността на еидентификацията, очертани са основните ползи от прилагането ѝ, разгледани са техническите спецификации на схемата за електронна идентификация, описани са способите за електронна идентификация в Европейския съюз и България. В края на статията е изготвен SWOT анализ, който сравнява използваните варианти за е-идентификация на българските граждани.
