Общата Селскостопанска Политика На Европейския Съюз И Въздействието Й Върху Периферния Регионализъм

Abstract

Една от трите общи политики в Римския договор за създаването на Европейската икономическа общност е Общата селскостопанска политика на Европейския съюз. Основните цели, стоящи пред ОСП, са увеличаване производителността на селското стопанство чрез въвеждане постиженията на научно-техническия прогрес и оптимално използване на производствените фактори. Освен това чрез ОСП се цели осигуряване на добро равнище на жизнения стандарт на селското население, стабилизиране на пазарите на селскостопански стоки и осигуряване на разумни цели за потребителите на селскостопанските стоки. Присъединяването на България към ЕС й предоставя възможност да бъде не просто обект на въздействие на Общата търговска политика, но и активен фактор за формирането й. Това може да бъде резултат от задълбоченото познание на ОСП, както и на тенденциите за развитието й с цел адаптиране на периферните икономики към динамично променящата се среда.
