Los negocios inclusivos como fuente de trabajo de calidad para pequenas empresarias en condición de pobreza: un estudio exploratorio en el municipio de Apartadó, Colombia

Abstract

Este trabajo desarrolla un estudio de prefactibilidad de la implementación de negocios inclusivos en el municipio de Apartadó (Colombia), entendiéndolos como esquemas empresariales que vinculan a la población vulnerable a la cadena de valor de las empresas para generar valor económico y social. Así, la investigación analiza en conjunto con los principales grupos de interés de la zona, el potencial para proyectar negocios en el territorio de manera inclusiva y sostenible, y la posibilidad de consolidar nuevas alternativas de trabajo de calidad para las mujeres peque-nas empresarias en condición de pobreza. Tras explorar el marco teórico de los negocios inclusivos, se presentan los resultados de entrevistas y grupos focales, así como las principales conclusiones y sugerencias para futuras investigaciones.
