Estimativos de costos para cinco alternativas de Metro para Bogotá

Abstract

“En el mes de septiembre de 1981 debían hacerse públicos los resultados y recomendaciones del estudio sobre el metro bogotano, adelantados por un consorcio franco-hispano-colombiano. Coyuntura Económica ha seguido de cerca y con mucho interés este proceso más recientemente, un grupo de trabajo conjunto de Fedesarrollo y el Instituto SER de Investigación ha venido adelantando una serie de labores conducentes a analizar en forma independiente, los costos, las rutas y la factibilidad técnica y económica de un metro para Bogotá, con el objeto de allegar criterios y elementos de juicio que permitan efectuar un debate serio previo a la decisión del gobierno. El artículo que aquí se presenta constituye un breve resumen de algunos de los resultados obtenidos en el mencionado trabajo. Coyuntura Económica considera de gran interés su publicación, para así contribuir a ilustrar a la opinión pública en estas materias de gran actualidad en la vida nacional.”
