Familias en Acción: la historia a la luz de sus impactos

Abstract

Este artículo narra la evolución del programa de transferencias condicionadas más importante en Colombia tomando como eje de esa historia los impactos que han sido evidenciados con las evaluaciones contratadas por el Departamento para la Prosperidad Social en convenio técnico con la Dirección de Seguimiento y Evaluación de Políticas Públicas. Familias en Acción ha sido un caso exitoso de cómo debe pensarse y reformularse una política pública y como esa evolución al estar basada en evidencia ha logrado sobreponerse y mantenerse a los ciclos políticos asociados a los cambios de gobierno.
