Identificación de capacidades de una organización para el desarrollo de proyectos sensibles al riesgo mediante el despliegue de función calidad apoyado con técnicas difusas

Abstract

En este artículo se propone una metodología que permite identificar y priorizar las capacidades de una organización para desarrollar proyectos de Investigación, Desarrollo tecnológico e Innovación (I+D+i) que por su naturaleza tienen asocia­da una alta sensibilidad al riesgo. Mediante esta propuesta se busca identificar aquellos aspectos críticos inherentes a la administración del riesgo y brindarle al tomador de decisiones una mayor confianza en la selección de iniciativas o al planear estrategias alternas como alianzas estratégicas, contratación, trasferen­cias, licenciamiento o consultorías, entre otras. La propuesta se fundamenta en la identificación de las capacidades a desarrollar frente a los requerimientos de los proyectos altamente sensibles al riesgo, gracias a la utilización de la metodología “Despliegue de Función Calidad apoyado mediante técnicas difusas”, con el fin de darle un manejo adecuado a la información imperfecta propia de este tipo de iniciativas. La importancia del tema propuesto radica en la creciente necesidad de las organizaciones de ser cada día más competitivas, permanecer vigentes en el mercado y ser exitosas en el mundo globalizado, el cual ha cambiado la percepción de los modelos de negocios, gerenciales, y, en términos generales, la concepción misma de las organizaciones. Siendo la innovación una estrategia fundamental para generar grandes rentabilidades, es importante reconocer el riesgo que representa la adopción de dichas iniciativas, e identificar alternativas atenuantes.
