Perspectivas del aprendizaje organizacional como catalizador de escenarios competitivos

Abstract

El presente artículo aborda los diferentes referentes teóricos de aprendizaje organizacional desde dos rutas, del individuo a la organización y desde la perspectiva de la organización al individuo. Los hallazgos más sobresalientes están dirigidos a resaltar las orientaciones de cada uno de los autores concentrados por clúster, es así como se observa que los diferentes autores presentan orientaciones a los procesos, capacidades individuales, cambios del entorno, trabajo en equipo y competitividad. Los aportes obtenidos consideran que el aprendizaje organizacional es un proceso antirutinario que permite crear, adquirir y transferir conocimiento, que siempre estará circunscrito a las capacidades internas que se desarrollan en el transcurso de la línea de tiempo donde se identificarán habilidades y posteriormente se gestan competencias de acuerdo con los requerimientos que presenten los diferentes entornos.
