Comportamiento de empresas de servicios profesionales en el sector rural

Abstract

Se analizó el desempeno de seis empresas dedicadas a brindar servicios profesionales en el Estado de México, para identificar el modelo de negocios con que operan y su relación con el entorno. El método y la técnica empleada se fundamentan en los estudios de caso, aplicando el modelo de negocios Canvas. Algunos resultados son que las empresas muestran debilidad estructural y carecen de una base económica sólida que les permita operar con independencia de los programas estatales. Se concluye que sus modelos de negocio están basados en la relación con sus patrocinadores, descuidando el contexto local, y así ponen en peligro su permanencia.
