Los principios clásicos-modernos que delimitan los procesos de aprehensión e intervención de la organización social: apuntes desde una perspectiva crítica y compleja

Abstract

Las reflexiones contenidas en el presente artículo hacen parte de un amplio proceso interpretativo concebido como un proceso de traducción transformadora de referentes teóricos y conceptuales, que revelan las inconsistencias del paradigma clásico-racionalista en relación con la realidad contemporánea. El registro interpretativo resultante remarca el agotamiento de la perspectiva racionalista/mecanicista en un escenario central de la vida humana: las dinámicas de organización antroposocial, denunciando, críticamente, tres principios básicos que han orientado esta perspectiva: 1) una postura epistémica dogmática-nomológica; 2) una ontología fisicalista que a raíz de la distinción res cogitans/res extensa concibe a un ser inmutable en su esencia, y 3) una pragmática simbólica positivista que rechaza cualquier conocimiento que emane de la imaginación, calificándolo como erróneo. Se develan así las limitaciones inherentes a estos tres principios, bajo los cuales se impone una lectura simplista y utilitarista del fenómeno organizacional. Por último, se destacan tres premisas básicas concebidas desde la perspectiva de la complejidad, que al ser prohijadas dentro de la gnosis y la praxis organizacional, permiten trascender de esta lectura: 1) la dinámica sistémica de la organización entendida desde los principios de la entropía y la autopoiesis, define la realidad organizacional en virtud de una dialógica compleja orden/desorden/organización; 2) se rechaza la concepción excluyente de la relación sujeto/objeto y se exalta la equivalencia radical implícita en una noción ontológica generativa, y 3) desarrollar procesos organizacionales del orden antroposocial verdaderamente divergentes requiere de la construcción de expresiones simbólicas disímiles a las instauradas por el paradigma economicista dominante. ****** The reflections in this article are part of a broad interpretive process conceived as a trans- forming translation of theoretical and conceptual references, which reveal the inconsistencies of the classical rationalist paradigm in relation to contemporary reality. The resulting interpretative record evidences the exhaustion of the rationalist/mechanistic perspective in the context of human life, that is, the dynamics of anthropo-social organization, critically exposing the three basic guiding prin- ciples for this perspective: 1) a dogmatic-nomological epistemic position; 2) a physicalist ontology grounded in the res cogitans/res extensa dichotomy to conceive a being that is immutable in essence, and 3) a positivist symbolic pragmatics-based approach that rejects any knowledge emanating from imagination, qualifying it as erroneous. This paper further reveals the limitations inherent in these three principles, under which a simplistic and utilitarian reading of the organizational phenomenon is imposed. Finally, three basic premises are conceived from the standpoint of complexity, which transcend from this reading because of being fostered within the organizational gnosis and praxis: 1) the systemic dynamics of the organization understood from the principles of entropy and autopoiesis, defining organizational reality through a complex dialogic order/disorder/organization; 2) the exclusive conception of the subject/object relation is rejected, exalting the radical equivalence implicit in a generative ontological notion, 3) developing truly divergent anthropo-social organizational processes requires the construction of symbolic expressions different from those established by the dominant economic paradigm. ****** As reflexoes contidas neste artigo fazem parte de um amplo processo interpretativo concebido como um processo de transformacao da traducao de referencias teóricas e conceituais, que revelam as inconsistencias do paradigma clássico-racionalista em relacao a realidade contemporanea. O registro interpretativo resultante evidencia o esgotamento da perspectiva racionalista/ mecanicista em um cenário central da vida humana: a dinamica da organizacao antropossocial, denunciando criticamente tres princípios básicos que nortearam essa perspectiva: 1) postura epistemica dogmático-nomológica; 2) uma ontologia fisicalista que, como resultado da extensa distincao res cogitans/res extensa, concebe um ser imutável em sua essencia e, 3) uma pragmática simbólica positivista que rejeita qualquer conhecimento que emana da imaginacao, qualificando-o como erroneo. As limitacoes inerentes a esses tres princípios sao reveladas, sob as quais uma leitura simplista e utilitarista do fenomeno organizacional é imposta. Por fim, destacam-se tres premissas básicas concebidas sob a ótica da complexidade, as quais, sendo proibidas no ambito da gnose e práxis organizacionais, permitem transcender essa leitura: 1) a dinamica sistemica da organizacao compreendida a partir dos princípios da entropia; e a autopoiese define a realidade organizacional em virtude de uma ordem/desordem/organizacao dialógica complexa; 2) a concepcao excludente da relacao sujeito/objeto é rejeitada, exaltando a equivalencia radical implícita em uma nocao ontológica geradora; 3) o desenvolvimento de processos organizacionais antrossociais verdadeiramente divergentes requer a construcao de expressoes simbólicas dissimilares para aquelas estabelecidas pelo paradigma economista dominante.
