Gestión universitaria en tiempos de pandemia por COVID-19: análisis del sector de la educación superior en Colombia

Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar la gestión de las universidades en Colombia ante la contingencia ocasionada por la pandemia de la COVID-19. En la metodología, desde un enfoque cualitativo, se utilizó un diseno documental por medio del análisis de contenido de las páginas web de las universidades, diversos documentos universitarios y de política institucional, para estudiar las prácticas de gestión y las estrategias desarrolladas por las 87 universidades en el ano 2020. Los resultados permiten evidenciar que las universidades no solo han implementado estrategias para atender la docencia tanto de pregrado como de posgrado, sino también para la investigación y la extensión; además, se evidencia su rol fundamental en el apoyo al país en la gestión de la pandemia por COVID-19.
