Distrinox, ¿cómo crecer rentablemente?

Abstract

El objetivo de este caso de estudio es llevar a la práctica la gestión de clientes en una empresa colombiana importadora y comercializadora de acero inoxidable para garantizar su crecimiento rentable. Para lo anterior, se ha recopilado información del mercado, los competidores, la empresa, sus productos y sus clientes para que el lector recomiende acciones en cuanto a la oferta de productos y servicios, y así crecer rentablemente.
