Bonanza cafetera y economía concertada

Abstract

Presenta un intento de desentranar, partiendo de un análisis de comportamiento de la economía y del manejo del Estado durante la bonanza de 1975-1977, algunos interrogantes sobre la política de concertación. No se trata de examinar dicha política teniendo en cuenta los cambios institucionales, sino demostrar su relación con la cambiante estructura socio-económica colombiana. Comienza con un análisis general del comportamiento de la economía y la política económica colombiana entre 1975-1977, para luego adentrarse en un examen más detallado de las implicaciones de dicho comportamiento para la política de concertación.
