La madre trabajadora : una contradicción

Abstract

Busca comprender las condiciones de las mujeres de los sectores de bajos ingresos y madres con hijos pequenos, además que forman grupos de participación en el mercado de trabajo. La madre trabajadora que debe confrontar conjuntamente la responsabilidad en el contexto de la reproducción social y en el proceso productivo, supeditando su participación en este último a su condición de madre y ama de casa. Se analizan madres usuarias de las guarderías del ICBF, los datos analizados permiten concluir que los Centros de Atención Integral al pre-escolar (CAIP), constituyen un factor importante en el mejoramiento de las condiciones de las familias que utilizan el servicio. Esto es evidente no solo en los aspectos económicos, de mejoramiento y condiciones de vida, nutrición y bienestar del nino.
