Abstract

Folgend der 1999 geplanten Rentenreform ist für das Jahr 2000 ein Rentenanstieg um die 0,7%, und für 2001 eine Erhöhung der Altersrente um die 1,6% vorgesehen. Demnach soll die jährliche Angleichung der Altersrente an das Nettogehalt/ bzw. den Nettolohn für die folgenden zwei Jahre im Sinne eines sogenannten "Investitionsausgleiches" ausgesetzt werden. Der vorliegende Beitrag untersucht die Etablierung der Standardrente, als durchschnittlicher Altersrente nach 45 Versicherungsjahren, in West- und insbesondere in Ostdeutschland mit Anbeginn der Wiedervereinigung 1990.
