Le travail dans l’économie digitale : le dilemme entre réalité et norme, et les aspects sociaux du travail sur plateforme

Abstract

The rise of the collaborative economy has fostered the development of different forms of work organization that are quite new, despite emerging from well-known systems. When examining the social prerogatives of platform workers, we must first define the protagonists of the employment relationship (and the intermediary role of platforms), because we must ensure that workers who ?live? on the platforms have certain minimum protections, without ?submitting? the reports to models that would be incompatible with the new organizations of work. At the same time, solutions must be found to meet the social demands of platform workers.
