Aktuálne otázky medzinárodného rozhodcovského konania

Abstract

Riešenie zahraničnoobchodných sporov v podmienkach silnejúcej globalizácie svetovej ekonomiky sa stáva aktuálnou otázkou nielen pre odbornú verejnosť, ale aj pre podnikateľský sektor. Existujúce vnútroštátne spôsoby riešenia predmetných sporov nie sú vždy efektívne. V mnohých prípadoch sa zmluvné strany obracajú na medzinárodné rozhodcovské (arbitrážne) súdy, ktoré v súčasnosti fungujú na území väčšiny štátov EÚ.
