Prax menšinovej politiky v Slovenskej republike 1999-2005

Abstract

Príspevok sa v prvej časti zaoberá obsahovým predstavením základného medzinárodného dokumentu – Rámcového dohovoru na ochranu národnostných menšín, ktorý bol prijatý Radou Európy v roku 1994. Ide o východiskový, prvý právne záväzný multilaterálny nástroj cielenej ako medzinárodnej, tak i vnútroštátnej ochrany národnostných menšín. Ďalšia časť príspevku približuje implementáciu tohto dokumentu v každodennej menšinovej praxi Slovenskej republiky ako multietnického štátu v rokoch 1999 až 2005.
