Právna Úprava Kozmického Priestoru A Nebeských Telies

Abstract

Článok sa zaoberá právnou úpravou kozmického priestoru a nebeských telies s dôrazom na medzinárodnoprávne dokumenty. Cieľom článku je analyzovať genézu medzinárodného kozmického práva a vytvoriť prehľad v základnej právnej úprave kozmického priestoru a nebeských telies. Pozornosť je venovaná najmä Kozmickej zmluve z roku 1967 a na ňu nadväzujúce medzinárodnoprávne dokumenty. V závere článku je osobitná pozornosť venovaná nelegálnemu predávaniu pozemkov na Mesiaci a Space Act 2015.
