Akademisyenlerin Örgütsel Güven Düzeyleri İle Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Arasındaki İlişkilerin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, katılımcı personellerin, yöneticilerine, iş arkadaşlarına ve kurumlarına duydukları güvenin nasıl oluştuğu ve akademik personelinin örgütsel güven duyguları ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları arasındaki ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modelindedir. Çalışmanın evreni kapsamında Fırat Üniversitesi Personel Daire Başkanlığı’ndan Kasım 2021’de alınan bilgiler ışığında evren toplam 2105 personeli kapsamaktadır. Araştırmada kolayda örnekleme ve buna bağlı olarak nicel veri tekniğine bağlı olan anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Hazırlanan anket formları 450 personele dağıtılmış ve 337 akademik personel çalışmamıza katılmış. Veriler, “Örgütsel Güven Ölçeği” ve “Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, örneklem grubunun tanımlayıcı özelliklerini belirlemek için yüzde ve frekans istatistiklerinden yararlanılmıştır. Örgütsel güven ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı düzeylerini belirlemek için ortalama ve standart sapma istatistikleri kullanılmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkilerin belirlenmesinde; korelasyon analizine başvurulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda akademisyenlerin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranış düzeylerinin örgütsel güven düzeylerinden daha yüksek olduğu ve örgütsel güven düzeyleri ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranış düzeyleri arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
