Bilgi Teknolojilerinin Çalýsanlarýn Performansýna ve Motivasyonuna Etkisi: TRB1 Bölgesindeki KOBI’lerde Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Günümüz ticari hayatýnýn ve sosyal hayatýn merkezine oturan önemli kavramlarýn basýnda ‘’bilgi ve bilgi teknolojileri’’ kavramlarý gelmektedir. Bilgi teknolojilerinin ulasmýs oldugu önemli teknolojik seviyeler, bilginin düzenli bir sekilde üretilmesi ve hýzlý yayýlmasýnda önemli bir etken haline gelmistir. Bilgi teknolojilerini kullanarak isletmeler seri üretim yapabilmekte ve daha düsük masrafla islerini yürütebilmektedirler. Ayný zamanda isletmeler bu teknolojileri kullanarak isletme çalýsanlarýnýn performansý ve motivasyonu üzerinde de etkili olmaya çalýsmaktadýr. Bu makale çalýsmasýnýn amacý bilgi teknolojilerinin çalýsanlarýn motivasyonu üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektir. Hazýrlanan makale çalýsmasýnda, TRB1 bölgesinde (Malatya, Elazýð, Bingöl ve Tunceli) yer alan KOBÝ’lerde bir anket çalýsmasý yapýlarak, günümüz bilgi teknolojilerinin çalýsanlarýn performansý ve motivasyonu üzerinde etkisinin olup olmadýgý incelenmeye çalýsýlmýþtýr. Bu bölge Türkiye nüfusunun %2.2‘sini olusturmaktadýr. Anket uygulamasýna 257’si erkek, 53’ü kadýn olmak üzere toplamda 310 kiþi katýlým saglamýstýr. Verilerin analizi konusunda; tanýmlayýcý istatistiksel frekans, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma degerleri ile sunulmustur. Ölçegin güvenilirlik düzeyinin tespit edilebilmesi ve kategorik deðiþkenler arasýndaki iliþkinin belirlenebilmesi için ki-kare analizi uygulanmýstýr. Belirlenen degiþkenler arasýndaki iliskinin tespit edilmesi için regresyon analizi uygulanmýstýr. Yapýlan anket uygulamasý sonucunda, bilgi teknolojilerinin çalýsanlarýn üzerindeki yükleri hafiflettigini ve Bilisim Teknolojilerinin KOBÝ'lerde isletme performansý ve motivasyonuna olan etkilerinin sürekli ölçülmesi gerektigi sonucu elde edilmiþtir. Ayrýca, katýlýmcýlarýn, performans ve motivasyon düzeylerinin istatistiki olarak daha yüksek oldugu ve degiskenler arasýnda yüksek düzeyde iliskinin var oldugu tespit edilmistir.
