Restructuring and Development of Economy

Abstract

The article present a system - structural approach to elaborated a national strategy of development by restructuring of Economy. The approach is founded on the: theory of productive systems, with reverse ties and ergodic process of development. The input-output table for the last year and an original iterative procedure (a modification of method RAS) are used for inter - branch balancing of the initial exogenicaly prognosticated volumes of production for the next years. This approach was used for retrospective analysis and forecasting of Bulgarian Economy included 93 branches and sub-branches.
