Wymiary przywództwa w Wojsku Polskim na przykładzie Sił Powietrznych RP

Abstract

Niniejszy artykuł dotyczy szerokiej problematyki wymiarów przywództwa w Siłach Powietrznych RP. Składa się ze wstępu, rozdziałów przywołujących literaturę przedmiotu, opisu wyników badań naukowych z lat 2015-2021. Prezentuje badania własne przeprowadzone na grupie 213 utalentowanych żołnierzy zawodowych w jednostkach lotniczych w maj-lipiec 2015 roku. Analiza wyników badań prowadzi do konkluzji, że właściwe procesy motywacyjne i „właściwe przywództwo” wykorzystywane w strategiach wojskowych wśród utalentowanych żołnierzy zawodowych mogą wpływać na postawy i zachowania tychże w wypełnianiu swoich obowiązków służbowych i wszechstronnego rozwoju osobistego. Głównym elementem motywowania jest człowiek z jego systemem wartości, doświadczeniem i oczekiwaniami na przyszłość. Z lektury przedmiotu i badań własnych wynika, że wymiary przywództwa zależą między innymi, od wizji, zaangażowania, innowacji, kultury organizacji Sił Powietrznych. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wymiarów przywództwa w Wojsku Polskim.
