State Control After The Use Of Foreign Investments

Abstract

Specifies the form of foreign investment , depending on the nature of participation in investment grade and actually exercised control over the invested capital. Definitely negative factors nespryyatlyvosti investment climate in Ukraine due to political and economic instability, gaps in legislation , fiscal tax system , an inadequate system of state control, lack of market infrastructure.
