Abstract

The directions and development made practical proposals to improve state regulation of social and economic development. The directions of rural development for the future. Revealed the need for a new model of social and economic progress and sustainable development of the world community, national and regional social systems. Clarified the meaning of "rural area", in contrast to existing regarded as the most important part of national economy, which includes a populated area outside of cities with its terms and resources, the rural population, a variety of fixed assets in the area.
