Develop And Implement Human Resources Strategies – Important Activities Within An Organization

Abstract

This paper aims to bring to the forefront the fundamental aspects of the smooth running of any organization: human resources and human resources strategy. The entire study was approached from the perspective that strategies need efficient and effective human resources with strong role in achieving goals. Are presented elaborate stages of human resources strategy, criteria need to be considered, features to be found in the human resources strategy adopted correctly and ways to implement it so as to contribute to achieving the organization's objectives. Article is based on a solid theoretical and fundamental research of the literature.
