Refah Devleti̇ Anlayişinin Beledi̇yelere Yansimasi: Ankara Pursaklar Beledi̇yesi̇ Örneği̇

Abstract

İkinci dünya savaşı sonrası dünyada yükselen refah devleti kavramının küreselleşme ile yayılması ile birlikte ortaya çıkan sosyal belediyecilik uygulamaları makalenin konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Makalede refah devleti ve sosyal belediyecilik çerçevesinde ülkemizde ki durum ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Birinci bölümde refah devleti kavramının ortaya çıkışı dünyada yarattığı etki ve küreselleşme ile ülkemize de etkisi anlatılmıştır. Bu anlamda yerel yönetimlerin, sosyal belediyecilik uygulamaları ile refah devletine ulaşma konusunda ki önemi bu kavramların ilişkisi ortaya konularak açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise ülkemizden bir örnek olarak başkent Ankara’nın Pursaklar ilçesindeki sosyal belediyecilik uygulamaları açıklanmış ve ilçede yaşayan halkla gerçekleştirilen anket verileri ile bu uygulamalar değerlendirilmiş ve ülkemizde ki sosyal belediyeciliğin refah devletinde ki rolü ve konumu ortaya konmuştur.
