Enterprises of the hospitality industry in the conditions of uncertainty of the external environment. Trends and prospects

Abstract

The article considers the key indicators of the hospitality industry during the pandemic, conducts a PEST-analysis of the Russian tourism industry, characterizes the directions for diversification of the activities of the hospitality enterprises.
