Abstract

The lack of interest and absence of a theoretical basis when building research strategies that raise the quality of research in the field of Islamic economics resulted in the adoption of general strategies that lack a scientific basis. Therefore, in this contribution, we try to formulate a theoretical model for research production in the field of Islamic economics, which may form the basis for developing a clear vision of research policies that will contribute to improving the research quality in this field of knowledge.
