The Role of Bancatakāful in Developing and Protecting the Islamic Financial Industry دور التّأميـن التّكافلـي المصرفـي في تطوير الصّناعة الماليّة الإسلاميّة وحمايتها

Abstract

The Islamic financial industry is currently moving towards convergence between the Islamic banking and Takāful insurance sectors; to find the optimal, most effective and efficient distribution channels. In light of this changing competitive financial environment with the conventional bancassurance model, the research paper aims to highlight the Bancatakāful strategy that provides new future prospects for Islamic banks and Takāful companies; in order to diversify business lines and boost customers' base. By using SOWT analysis to identify the most important aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing the growing Bancatakāful industry. Finally, this paper concludes that adopting Bancatakāful partnerships contributes to providing financial protection for individuals, companies, economy and the Islamic financial industry as a whole, to improving the indicators of financial inclusion and digital transformation through the factors related to support of the single prudential regulation over the two sectors. Aligning the strong branding with the Islamic financial institutions' vision and culture in risk-sharing, ethical finance and values-based solutions. The skill of human resources in designing of insurance, banking and finance products that are innovative, integrated and appropriate to the needs of customers from one-stop shopping. As each partnership model has its own peculiarities and challenges, it offers varying degrees of integration. تتّجه الصِّناعة الماليّة الإسلاميّة في الوقت الرّاهن نحو التّقارب بين قطاعَيْ المصرفيّة الإسلاميّة والتّأمين التّكافلي؛ لإيجاد قنوات التّوزيع المُثلى والأكثر فعّاليّة وكفاءة. في ضوء هذه البيئة الماليّة التّنافسيّة المُتغيِّرة مع نموذج التّأمين المصرفي التّقليدي، تهدف الورقة إلى إبراز استراتيجيّة التّأمين التّكافلي المصرفي التي تُوفِّر آفاقًا مستقبليّة جديدة للمصارف الإسلاميّة وشركات التّكافل؛ من أجل تنويع خطوط الأعمال وتعزيز قاعدة العملاء؛ وذلك باستخدام التّحليل الاستراتيجي الرّباعي (SWOT Analysis) لتحديد أهمّ جوانب القوّة وجوانب الضّعف، والفرص والتّهديدات التي تُواجه صناعة التّأمين التّكافلي المصرفي المُتنامية. ختامًا؛ تخلُص الورقة إلى أن تبنّي شراكات التّأمين التّكافلي المصرفي يُسْهم في توفير الحماية الماليّة للأفراد والشّركات والاقتصاد والصِّناعة الماليّة الإسلاميّة ككلّ، وتحسين مؤشِّرات الشّمول المالي والتّحوُّل الرّقمي؛ من خلال العوامل المُتعلِّقة بدعم الرّقابة الاحترازيّة المُوحّدة على القطاعيْن، ومواءمة العلامات التّجاريّة القويّة مع رؤية وثقافة المؤسّسات الماليّة الإسلاميّة في مشاركة المخاطر والتّمويل الأخلاقي والحلول التي ترتكز على القيم الأساسيّة، ومهارة الموارد البشريّة في تصميم منتجات تأمينيّة ومصرفيّة وتمويليّة مبتكَرة ومتكامِلة، وملائِمة لاحتياجات العملاء من محطّة تسوُّق واحدة. وبما أن لكلّ نموذج شراكة خصوصيّاته وتحدّياته؛ فإنّه يُوفِّر درجات متفاوتة من التّكامل.
