Responsezeit-orientierte Kostenzurechnung als Element eines Controlling zeitbasierter Wettbewerbsstrategien

Abstract

Die Verwendung von Zeitgrößen als Basen für die Zurechnung von Gemeinkosten ist ein bewährtes Verfahren zur beanspruchungsgerechten Abbildung von Ressourceninanspruchnahmen. Bei einer Veränderung der Ziele der Kostenrechnung bzw. im speziellen der Zurechnung von Gemeinkosten ist auch eine Veränderung der verwendeten Bezugsgrößen vorzunehmen. Das Modell des Lead timebased costing als Beispiel einer response-zeitorientierten Kostenzurechnungsmethode stellt einen Ansatzpunkt zu einer solchen Neuorientierung dar. Eine Verhaltenssteuerung durch die Kostenrechnung im Sinne zeitbasierter Wettbewerbsstrategien wird damit möglich
