In schwerer See - Europäische Gewerkschaften in Krisenzeiten

Abstract

Die Gewerkschaften in Europa befinden sich in schwerer See. Arbeitslosigkeit, prekäre Beschäftigung sowie die Zunahme sozialer Ungleichheit stellen sie vor ähnliche Herausforderungen. Zugleich haben sich ihre jeweiligen nationalen Handlungsmöglichkeiten im Gefolge der Krisenpolitik innerhalb der EU seit 2008 sehr unterschiedlich entwickelt. Dies ist der Hintergrund, vor dem wir neben Deutschland Wissenschaftler*innen aus Frankreich, Griechenland, Großbritannien, Italien, den Niederlanden, Österreich, Polen, Schweden, Spanien sowie Ungarn für ein gemeinsames Forschungsprojekt interessieren konnten. Der vorliegende Bericht gibt einen Überblick über einige uns besonders interessant erscheinende Aspekte dieser Analysen und stellt diese in den Zusammenhang anderer aktueller Veröffentlichungen zu diesem Thema.
