Die Betriebliche Altersversorgung: Verbreitung und Finanzierung - Ergebnisse der WSI-Betriebsrätebefragung 2015

Abstract

Die betriebliche Altersversorgung (bAV) hat seit 2001 einen sozialpolitischen Auftrag. Sie soll mit zur Lebensstandardsicherung im Alter beitragen. Die WSI-Betriebsrätebefragung 2015 liefert Daten zur Verbreitung und Finanzierung der bAV in Betrieben mit Betriebsrat. Die Analyse zeigt, dass ein Angebot einer bAV zwar in der Mehrheit (78 %) der mitbestimmten Betriebe vorliegt, aber keineswegs von einer flächendeckenden Verbreitung ausgegangen werden kann. In den befragten Betrieben war zudem nur etwas mehr als die Hälfte der Beschäftigten (55 %) in die bAV einbezogen.Bezüglich der Finanzierung ist eine Dominanz der Mischfinanzierung gegenüber der Finanzierung allein durch Arbeitgeber oder Beschäftigte festzustellen. Die Auswertung nach Betriebsgröße und Branche bestätigt das Bild einer heterogenen Landschaftder bAV. Die Daten der WSI Betriebsrätebefragung 2015 weisen schließlich auf den Einfluss von Tarifbindung und innerbetrieblichen Verhältnissen auf das Angebot einer bAV und den Einbezug von Beschäftigten hin.
