Abstract

Der Morbi-RSA ist ein zentrales Element um einen fairen Wettbewerb der gesetzlichen Krankenkassen untereinander zu ermöglichen. Zuletzt nahm jedoch die Kritik am Verfahren zu. Hier wird ein Überblick über die aktuellen Streitpunkte und ihre wissenschaftliche Absicherung durch verschiedene Gutachten gegeben.
