Zur Lehrwirksamkeit makroökonomischer Simulations-Planspiele: Erste Ergebnisse aus einem Vergleich von FAIR und MACRO

Abstract

Im folgenden Beitrag wird die Frage untersucht, unter welchen Voraussetzungen der Einsatz eines gesamtwirtschaftlichen Planspiels in der Hochschulausbildung auch für Aufwand und Ertrag abwägende Ökonomen vorteilhaft ist. Zuerst werden die von Wissenschaft und Praxis geforderten Ausbildungsqualifikationen präzisiert, bevor die Planspielkomponenten, die aus theoretischer Perspektive den erfolgreichen Einsatz eines Planspieles gewährleisten, identifiziert werden. Aktuelle Untersuchungsergebnisse sollen belegen, welche Planspieleigenschaften bei Experimenten im Hochschulunterricht für die Lernzielerreichungen verantwortlich sind. Können diese Komponenten hinreichend identifiziert werden, lassen sich daraus Rückschlüsse für Einsatz und Konstruktion von Planspielen ziehen. Um jedoch Aussagen über die Effizienz eines Simulations-Planspiels machen zu können, muß zuvor geklärt werden, welche Art von Planspiel den folgenden Aussagen zugrundeliegt und wann ein derartiges Planspiel effizient ist. Unter 'Simulations-Planspielen' werden im folgenden alle computergestützten Planspiele verstanden, die die Funktionsweise einer Volkswirtschaft aus makroökonomischer Perspektive simulieren können und dem Anwender erlauben, verschiedene gesamtwirtschaftliche Szenarien zu kreieren. Daraus können dann Rückschlüsse über den abgebildeten Sachverhalt gewonnen werden.
