Betriebliche Bildungsmanager als Business Partner: Professionalisierung und Kompetenzen

Abstract

Das Paper ist motiviert durch die Arbeiten von Hasanbegovic, die Bildungsmanagement einbetten in Beratungsforschung und in Managementkonzepte sowie die Arbeit von Diesner, die den Typ 3 Bildungsmanagement als Business Partner einführt. Aufgrund dieser Vorarbeiten analysieren wir betriebliche Bildungsmanager als Business Partner und erarbeiten ein spezifisches Kompetenzprofil. Darauf aufbauend synthetisieren wir die Ergebnisse im Hinblick auf die Professionalisierungstheorie nach Freidson.
