Das modifizierte Heijunka: Notwendige Anpassungen der Methode des Produktionsausgleichs

Abstract

Die Produktionsnivellierung nach dem Vorbild der Heijunka- Methode bekommt sowohl in der wissenschaftlichen Betrachtung als auch der industriellen Anwendung eine zunehmende Bedeutung. Nur durch die konsequente Anwendung der Methodik bekommt ein PULL-System seine eigentliche Effizienz. Die Umsetzung der Produktionsnivellierung ist allerdings mit vielen Restriktionen verbunden. Es ist deshalb erforderlich, die Methode an die Gegebenheiten anzupassen. Sowohl im Produktentstehungsprozess als auch in der Anwendung der Methode sind Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um die Einsparpotentiale nutzen zu können und die Komplexität der Steuerung der Lieferkette zu reduzieren. Der vorliegende Artikel stellt die Methode vor, zeigt deren Voraussetzungen und Grenzen auf und gibt für notwendige Anpassungen Empfehlungen.
