Abstract

Die Anbindung des deutschen an das benachbarte skandinavische Stromsystem verspricht volkswirtschaftlich sinnvolle Effekte. Deutschland sollte sie daher im Rahmen der Energiewende vorantreiben. Dazu bedarf es zunächst einer realistischen Einschätzung sowohl des eigenen Bedarfs als auch der Interessen und Besonderheiten der zukünftigen Partner. Darauf aufbauend könnte Deutschland ein langfristiges Konzept entwickeln, das ein aktives und problemorientiertes Vorgehen ermöglicht
