Wirtschaftskrise in Russland: Risiken und Kosten für andere Länder Eurasiens

Abstract

Die Wirtschaftskrise in Russland dürfte massive Auswirkungen auch auf jene Länder Eurasiens haben, die wirtschaftlich in hohem Grade von Russland abhängig sind. Besonders schwierig könnte die Lage für einige Staaten Zentralasiens werden, aber auch für Armenien, Moldau und Belarus. Wegen der Rubel-Abwertung droht diesen Ländern ein Verlust der für sie wichtigen Märkte in Russland. Es gibt darüber hinaus weitere Risiken: Migrantinnen und Migranten kehren zurück, womit deren Rücküberweisungen wegfallen, die Investitionen aus Russland und dessen Finanzhilfen sind rückläufig. Für Turkmenistan und Aserbaidschan, die wirtschaftlich von Russland nicht so stark abhängig sind, scheinen die Auswirkungen geringer zu sein. Die russische Wirtschaftskrise kann nicht zuletzt die prekäre Wirtschaftslage in der Ukraine deutlich verschärfen. (SWP-Aktuell)
