Hybride Leistungsbündel in der Offshore-Windenergie Branche: Eine Betrachtung aus der Sicht von Unternehmen der deutschen Stahlindustrie

Abstract

[Problemstellung ...] Im Hinblick auf die Erschließung neuer Märkte wird in Kapitel 2 die sich noch in der Entwicklung befindende deutsche Offshore-Windenergie Branche betrachtet. Diese Branche stellt u. a. aufgrund ihrer frühen Entwicklungsphase einen potentiellen Markt für viele wirtschaftliche Akteure da. Anschließend wird im 3. Kapitel das Konzept der hybriden Leistungsbündel (HLB) als Möglichkeit zur Differenzierung von Wettbewerbern dargestellt. In Kapitel 4 werden die Offshore-Windenergie Branche sowie das HLB im Kontext der deutschen Stahlindustrie betrachtet. Dabei erfolgt sukzessiv die Zusammenführung der Offshore-Windenergie Branche, des HLB und der Unternehmen der Stahlindustrie anhand folgender Fragen: * Ist die deutsche Offshore-Windenergie Branche ein potentieller Markt für Unternehmen der Stahlindustrie? Welche Funktionen können solche Unternehmen in der Offshore-Windenergie Branche einnehmen? * Wie muss eine Absatzleistung ausgestaltet sein, um in der Offshore- Windenergie Branche langfristig wettbewerbsfähig zu sein? * Wie muss ein von einem Unternehmen der Stahlindustrie angebotenes HLB ausgestaltet sein, um die Herausforderung des Markteintritts in die Offshore-Windenergie Branche zu bewältigen? * Ist das Angebot eines HLB innerhalb der Offshore-Windenergie Branche aus Sicht eines Unternehmens der Stahlindustrie ökonomisch sinnvoll? Anschließend werden die wesentlichen Ergebnisse im 5. Kapitel zusammengefasst.
