Arbeitssystemgestaltung mit Cardboard Engineering

Abstract

Beim Übergang von der Entwicklung zur Anwendung kommt es immer wieder zu dem, was man gemeinhin Reibungsverluste nennt. Die Bezeichnung dieser Phase als Inbetriebnahme impliziert, dass dabei vor allem technische Herausforderungen zu meistern sind. Tatsächlich sind soziale und psychologische Schwierigkeiten aber oft viel folgenreicher. Der vorliegende Beitrag zeigt, welchen Beitrag das Cardboard Engineering leisten kann, Reibungsverluste zu reduzieren. Die konvertierenden Objekte (Mockups), die dabei entstehen, unterstützen die Transformation von explizitem Expertenwissen in implizites Anwenderwissen (Können) vice versa. Warum das so gut funktioniert, erklärt die Akteur-Netzwerk-Theorie. Schließlich lässt sich auf der Grundlage des Systems Engineerings zeigen, wann und wie das Cardboard Engineering in die Entwicklung eingebunden wird.
