Marktkonforme Unternehmensverantwortung: Kritische Anregungen zur CSR-Debatte

Abstract

Dieser Beitrag nimmt kritisch Stellung zur Debatte um die gesellschaftliche Verantwortung von Unternehmen ('Corporate Social Responsibility', CSR). Die Hauptthese lautet, dass die Zuweisung von Unternehmensverantwortung darauf abzielen sollte, die Marktwirtschaft als System besser funktionieren zu lassen. Folgerichtig wird zwischen marktkonformen und marktinkonformen CSR-Konzepten unterschieden und gezeigt, warum erstere überlegen sind.
