Organisationaler Wandel in Buchverlagen: Ergebnisse von Fallstudien

Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie untersucht anhand von drei Fallbeispielen, wie Buchverlage mit den aktuellen Entwicklungen im E-Book-Bereich umgehen. Der Analyserahmen wurde innerhalb eines Lehrforschungsprojektes entwickelt. Zur Erfassung der betrieblichen Situation wurden in den drei Verlagen, die sich an unserer Studie beteiligten, 9 Interviews (+ 3 Interviews mit den Geschäftsführern) geführt. Als zentrales Ergebnis kann gelten, dass alle drei Verlage die Entwicklungen aufmerksam beobachten und eigenständige Lösungen entwickeln. Dabei kommt es allerdings zu durchaus unterschiedlichen Einschätzungen und auch im gewählten Verhaltenskurs werden je eigene Akzente gesetzt.
