Potenziale beruflicher Anerkennung bei der Fachkräfteeinwanderung: Eine Analyse der beruflichen Bildung in dreizehn Fokusländern

Abstract

Der Wirtschaftsstandort Deutschland ist langfristig auf internationale Fachkräfte angewiesen. Das Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetz ermöglicht seit März 2020 auch für beruflich Qualifizierte aus Drittstaaten die Zuwanderung zu Erwerbszwecken nach Deutschland. Eine Voraussetzung dafür ist, dass der ausländische Berufsabschluss in Deutschland anerkannt wurde. Im vorliegenden Report wird die Berufsbildung in 13 Fokusländern analysiert, aus denen potenziell zahlreiche Fachkräfte einwandern könnten, differenziert in die vier Ländercluster "Lateinamerika", "Nordafrika", "Indien und Südostasien" sowie "Westbalkan". Die Fokusländer decken eine große Bandbreite an unterschiedlich strukturierten Berufsbildungssystemen ab. Sie wur-den ausgewählt, weil für sie ein Fachkräftepotenzial für die Zuwanderung in nennenswertem Umfang anzunehmen ist. [...]
