Abstract

Der konjunkturelle Aufschwung in Deutschland sorgt auch in Nordrhein-Westfalen für weiter steigende Steuereinnahmen. Doch die Herausforderungen auf der Ausgabenseite, mögliche konjunktur- und reformbedingten Einbußen sowie das Verbot der Neuverschuldung ab dem Jahr 2020 werden den Konsolidierungsdruck in den kommenden Jahren aufrecht erhalten.
