Abstract

Digitale Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten werden immer wichtiger. Viele Unternehmen reagieren auf diese Herausforderung und vermitteln in der betrieblichen Ausbildung bereits eine Vielzahl an digitalen Kompetenzen. Durch ihre Flexibilität leistet die Ausbildung so auch im digitalen Wandel einen zentralen Beitrag zur Qualifizierung von Fachkräften.
