Homeoffice in der öffentlichen Verwaltung: Erfolgsmodell mit Nachverbesserungsbedarf

Abstract

Die Corona-Pandemie hat viele Beschäftigte der öffentlichen Verwaltung soweit möglich ins Homeoffice gezwungen. Dabei haben viele von ihnen die für sie neue Arbeitsform zu schätzen gelernt. Damit aber dieser Großversuch mit Experimentiercharakter langfristig nicht die Effizienz und die Qualität der erbrachten Leistungen mindert, muss die öffentliche Verwaltung in ihre digitale Infrastruktur investieren.
