Abstract

Während sich die deutsche Konjunktur infolge der Rückgänge beim Export und in der Industrie eintrübt, zeigt sich der Private Konsum bislang robust. Das Konsumklima hat sich laut TCB-IW-Verbrauchervertrauen im dritten Quartal 2019 sogar etwas verbessert. Die Stimmungslage der Konsumenten wird noch von der guten Arbeitsmarktlage begünstigt - die Beschäftigungserwartungen fallen aber zurückhaltender aus.
