Unternehmen schaffen mehr Ausbildungsplätze in Mangelberufen

Abstract

In Berufen mit Fachkräftemangel ist die Zahl der gemeldeten Ausbildungsstellen zwischen 2011 und 2018 um 33 Prozent gestiegen. Obwohl die Beschäftigungs- und Einkommensperspektiven in vielen Mangelberufen sehr gut sind, fehlen dort zunehmend Ausbildungsbewerber. Mehr bedarfsorientierte Berufsorientierung würde Wirtschaft und Jugendlichen helfen.
