Anhaltender Boom ohne erwarteten Crash

Abstract

Die Immobilienbranche und insbesondere der Wohnungsbau bleiben das Schwungrad für die deutsche Konjunktur. Doch trotz der allgemeinen guten Einschätzung des derzeitigen Klimas bestehen Anzeichen für eine Eintrübung. Die Wohnungswirtschaft ist weiterhin positiv gestimmt, während sich die Geschäftslage im Büroimmobiliensektor sowie bei den Projektentwicklern verschlechtert. Da nur wenige Unternehmen das Risiko einer Trendumkehr sehen, dürfte der erreichte Scheitelpunkt des historisch lang anhaltenden Immobilienbooms aber sehr flach verlaufen.
