Arbeitszeitpotenziale bei geringfügig Beschäftigten

Abstract

Ein häufig vorgebrachter Kritikpunkt an der geringfügigen Beschäftigung ist, dass Beschäftigte zu wenige Anreize haben, in Beschäftigungsverhältnisse mit längerer Arbeitszeit zu wechseln. Dies ist jedoch im Wesentlichen nur für die Teilgruppe der Hausfrauen und - männer ein Problem. Die meisten Minijobber streben keine sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigung an.
